    Scribe - I started walking five miles every other day for the last six months. I wouldve thought that that would make me hungrier. I have lost 25 pounds since february which is cool. I put on my shorts today and had to pull the belt to the last hole. Crazy! I can't afford new clothes! :(

    I've dropped around 20 pounds since the beginning of April. I too suffer the same clothing issue. But I'm glad I'm getting thin again. ;)

    I stayed around 170 until I turned 40 - then after having to stop playing racquetball, I gained....and gained....and gained

    I have lost 26 # since May 8th - have already added two holes to my belt - and I cannot wait to buy new pants! I have 90 more # to go, should be there by late next spring or early next summer. I had to lose weight or die - two heart by-pass surgeries and diabetic - physical mobility extreme inhibited - no way to live - gonna change all that. :p
