To all - good to see everyone making progress. I started the year at 6'1" 245 and now I am still 6'1" and weigh 220. Doctor says 190 but that seems extreme.

Yes I did. Rode about 250 miles that day and ate only a baked 1/2 chicken breast and green veggies while all my buddies had fried shrimp, fried fish, french fries, hush puppies and beer......I had a great time! Thanks for asking. :wink:

 

im 6'2" and was 330 now im still 6'2" but im down to 245m still have a bit to go,, i bike for atleast 15 miles a day when the weather is good,, if not its the treadmill.. and weight lifting to regain my muscle that i had in highschool..

 

big post cylnz,, b ut that 80's hair do, freaked me out a little..lol

 

In my case, I need to lose 50 to 75 pounds so that I can start to exercise. That I am also looking forward to! :wink:

No rubbing in. I used to be a full time drummer. I had to stay thin or I wouldn't get any work. Guys don't like to see fat girls on stage and women don't want to see fat guys on stage, as a rule. Obviously there are many exceptions.
