    I've cut way back. I smoke about 3 (20) packs per week. My goal is to quit eventually. I may try one of nicotine patch cures, I don't know. The problem is, I like to smoke. There's nothing like it to calm your nerves.

    The longest I have gone is 3 days. The 3rd day sucks. I get so short with people and I just am an ass. Next time I quit I will have to try a patch or gum.
