    I think the intent, for those out there that are mentally and physically sufficiently coordinated, is to allow the use of one hand to hold the drink and snack tray in one hand while you nibble. To take a drink, you have to lift the snack tray up and out of the way with your free hand, swig, then replace to tray to resume snacking.......:p

    I bought the first IBM PC in the office where I work in 1985. A hard drive for that machine, 5 Mg, was $2,500 then - too expensive so I just paid $500 for an extra floppy drive....LOL
