    I got blasted by a hot wind while sitting outside. I bet it's 107F/41C right now.

    That's true. There's a disease killing bats over here called White Nose Fungus or some such. They don't know what's causing it though. Most of the caves in the eastern U.S. are off limits to hikers and spelunkers now. They don't want it to spread anymore than it has.

    Oh and, my mom said "hi". ;)

    we have a serious damage on bee-population over the last couple of years. a mite (varoa). people are already concerned about fruit-supply etc. because the bees are starting to be missing.
