Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Depends on traffic as with everyone i'm sure but 15-20 minutes normally for me. When I have to come in at odd times it's about 10.

    No didn't get paid extra, normaly i only need to travel for about 30 min and it was for 1 week.

    Traffic around Amsterdam in rush hour is one big traffic jam.
