    Personally I'm all for implants. It's postive sides are far greater then all the bs that everything should be natural and yadayada. For ex. if a woman has had breast cancer with a full or partial mastectomy or other trauma and needs implants to feel like a woman again. And yes I also feel that it ok to do it just to get better self esteem, ofcourse!

    Kylee, if you want 'em, get 'em!
    Normally your doctor will recommend a size for you, see what he says and go from there.

    100% honestly Kylee, I would be that guy. Your tits are 1000% better hers, or anyone with fake ones. IMHO I think inserting implants into your chest completely removes the huge sex appeal that a womans tits have. I'll concede that some women that don't go to big look a little better while fully dressed, but it seems to me that you aren't a big fan of clothes, and with the amount of time you spend without I really think you'd lose some of your ample sex appeal.

    I would lie if I said I've never seen an appealing set of shelfers, but in the hours I spend a week looking at porn it's honestly once a month or less (conservatively 1:1000) that even an otherwise beautiful woman with fake tits holds my attention for longer than it takes for me to think 'What a waste' or 'Damnit those are wack'

The consesus definately sounds like au natural is the preference but I just can't get past the idea of having nice perky boobies like I did 10 years ago! In the end, I'm hoping that we all turn out winners here! :D

    It is depending on where you start from, DD might be the way to go for some and they still look natural, while some only go for a C to get the natural look. Also, most doctors will recommend a natural look so that's the easiest thing to achieve, atleast with a bra. Without it it might look fake, that's depending on a lot of factors, if you place it in front or behind the pectoralis muscle, what kind of shape the breast are, etc.

    All I'm saying, there's not much universal about plastic surgery as we're all ONE OF A KIND.
