i feel your pain. I've put off buying a new laptop, new external, new camera, new pair of shoes, and new box of Lucky Charms for the longest time, and the past week, my PC's fan has gone haywire and been humming at an extreme clip.

It both worries and frightens me about my still unbacked-up data, but I have yet to fully care about it to do actually do anything about it, other than pull my hair out.

 

swap the fan, there's nothing to it. Generally if the fans go out they shut themselves down to prevent the drive overheating so you don't have to worry about losing data.

The name meisje is Nordic, most commonly occurring near and in countries and cultures that stem from Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland etc.

From what I can infer, it seems it as common as the name "mary" or marie" in the states, and may be related to it in some manner, but I don't have the history of it.

I can't open the frickin' thing. there's too many bolts, screws, and irrelevant attachments that are hindering my way to it. I quit. As of the last hour, I think it stopped or is running very minimally.

I just need the free time to scramble 6 or seven bills together and finally upgrade myself. Hopefully, come November, this gadget will have use for the birds more than it will for me.

It depends on your localization, as well as the context of the word. I know some Spanish speakers that pronounce their "v"'s as "b"'s, but that doesn't mean that the language or culture as whole is adhered to this rule; it just means that some observe this shift, while others don't, but are aware of it.

Same goes for the Japanese, and the shifts some letters take when forming combined words, and the end "n" becomes an "m", or the "l"s and "r"s shift.
