    No it's fresh mozzarella. I was going to make another chicken kiev type thing but instead of chive butter inside I was going to put pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese inside. When I make the chive butter i mix it in a bowl then put it on some plastic wrap and roll it up in a tube so it'll freeze into a shape that'll fit inside the rolled up chicken. I was going to try the same thing witht he pasta sauce.
