    use a Rtmp recorder

    "jaksta"
    or "Replay Media Catcher"

    I recommend replay media catcher because it has a built in converter that will auto convert it from flv to avi/mp4 ect

    what codec player do you use to play these? ive downloaded a bunch, and they all come back saying that the file cannot be rendered? Just tried the klite Media Player Classic, also tried a gom player...nothing. what am i doing wrong? please help!!

    Yes these flv-format is a pest to play since they have a few new codecs. I have installed the ffdshow-filters and most of the files play now in my normal WMP.
    Try searching for a flv-player only, i guess there are some to find on the web (i guess there was a "Applian FLV Player" that could do the job)
    Sorry for not converting them, but my favorite application has a 1GB limit when it comes to *avi.
