    Wise of the Saudi's to get well ahead of that. I imagine a lot of people take such precautions anyway during Hajj, swine flu notwithstanding. You put that many people in that close a proximity for any period of time, all sorts of little beasties can run rampant, no matter how clean or antiseptic you make it.

    I was thinking about the World Cup; South Africa has different timezones, right? Or not?

    I know Cape Town is on the GMT line with London, but do you have Daylight Savings or a time change in the summer? (Spring Forward, Fall Back as the Americans say)

    No, we actually only have one standard being GMT+2, which is more on line with Johannesburg. Which to answer you proper, is where I am, in the east :) So even Cape Town uses that as their timezone.

    They talked about implementing DST here, but so far nothing has come of it. Thank goodness!! ;)

    A-ha; thought it might be something like that, was not sure.

    Good that the whole country will be on the same timezone for the football, and plus 2 should be pretty sweet for the UK and Europe with the live watching. :banana:

    Well, plus 1, actually, 'cos we'll be in DST (British Summer Time here, but DST in Europe). Even more :banana::banana:
