    I hurt my knee on the job quite a while ago. It's not fixed -- needs surgery which I can't afford -- and once in a while it gets too bad to do manual labor on it. (Long story short.)

    They're covering all the doctor visits. But if I have surgery there's a question as to who pays for it, and then I'm only allowed a 2-week recovery -- half-pay during recovery.

    sorry to hear that. your employer being cheap is costing them and you money. some bean counter probably decided. In the end it's gonna cost them more time, money, morale, etc.

    if it happened on the job and was documented on the job..........you should have no prob...........having them pay for it all.........There should be no issue about it.........However if you did not report it..........then the lawyers and insurance companies step in to try to prevent payment or help.........
