    'Cos the films awesome. I still don't know how Ron Howard pulls that off; to watch a film, KNOWING the ending going in, and it still being riveting AND during the re-entry sequence at the end and loss of signal, your brain goes `gee, I hope they make it`

    How does he do that?

    And how does he go from making stuff like that to the awful Da Vinci Code and even fucking worse Angels and Demons?
