    I remember hearing the pitch for that show and seeing the trailers and thinking `that's gonna suck`.

    Then I saw it.

    After I stopped wetting myself with laughter, I realised they'd stumbled on something uniquely amazing.

    And it is. The comic-book geek talk and the science talk should slow the show down, or take it beyond the average audience. Yet it doesn't.

    Funniest damn show on TV, period.

    Last season, our TV did well. Caught up nicely, airing stuff within a few weeks.

    This season, shot to hell again. Heroes, The Mentalist, TBBT in 2010; fuck that.

    Some of the other shows are a good year behind US air anyway (NCIS, Numbers, Medium), so I'm forced to download.

    Forced, Your Honour, forced. Peer pressure is a bitch. ;)

    It was funny how throughout season 2, the whole Sheldon/Penny dynamic came to the fore. When she returned his knocks on the door in the s2 finale, I almost died.
