Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri - 9 hour days = 36 hours + Wed - 4 hour day = 40 hour work week rather than 8 - 4:30 like most everyone else. My previous boss let me work that schedule so I could take 1/2 day off a week to break it up, yet still got 40 hours.

I like it, but you need to be most active with the free agents if you go into a losing streak early. Check in with it at least twice a week, maybe on a Tues/Wed for top performers available, and then again Sat. night/Sun. morning to check for injuries and scratches. I'd love to take Andre Johnson off your hands, but I'd recommend you not entertain trade offers from anyone until maybe week 5 or 6.
