What's your new connection? What did you have and what do you have now?

 

I had a 576k. Now I have a 4mb.

I know, not a lot compared to others, but it's more than enough for me. :wink:

 

That's what I have now. My apartment's "cable" Internet company actually converts my connection to DSL phone lines. Stupid asses think nobody will notice. Were you on DSL phone lines too?

 

yea mean u download with 4mb ? or a connection of 4mbit ?

 

It gets complicated over here because BT owns all the lines (which we still pay line rental on), but you pay whatever company for the Net connection. BT have the facility too, but they aren't the best.

 

Before my apartment complex kicked the real cable company off the property, I had what you have now.

 

My d/l speed was about 4 mb, plus or minus.

 

Connection.

Depending on site, I get about 200kb/sec at the best times. Which is from about morning till 5 or 6 pm.

And I did see a torrent get up to 350 once. But that's a rare event.

 

Like I said, it's not super-awesome, but for the money I pay, it's more than adequate.
