    You can get a DVD player..that plays DivX,Avi and reads DATA..so you dont need to make them into DVD

    A friend on mine has such a player and he uses data DVD to watch them...but he 1st converts them in DivX...just to be sure...

    I dont have such a player but i got WesternDigitalTV...its a media player that you connect to TV..and then connect any HDD/USB and plays any video even MKV!
