    I wasnt involved at all, I just got the news. The woman was checking her 18 month old baby while on the phone and merging into traffic, and just drove under the trailer just behind the drives. Not a thing he could do, she just drove under, got the car wrapped in the spare hanger and was dragged down the highway till he could get stopped. Messed her up real bad, but only shook up the baby who was in the back seat.

    It was about 3-4 in the afternoon in heavy traffic and there were tons of witnesses, and they all said there was little chance he even saw her, let alone do anything to prevent it.

    He didnt even feel the impact. It was just shock for him, but they had to send someone to get his truck and he's going home.

    Only way they'll ever enforce it is to cut phone service if the phone is travelling at a certain rate of speed.
    ie. cell phone drops all service when 25mph is reached on gps. Wouldnt be hard at all.
