    I tried watching American soccer and it made my eyes bleed. It's like watching minor league baseball after you watch the Major League All-Star game.

    And I have digital cable and there's still only 4 channels that show soccer...

    ESPN - 1-2 games a week from the English Premier League and La Liga
    ESPN2 - shows the same games on espn at a later date
    FOX Sports - Shows UEFA Champions League games 2-3 times a week
    FOX Soccer - Replays of games that happened last week with the exception of a few... but those exceptions are the ones that are shown on espn :facepalm: but at least they do soccer news...

    You are sadly ill informed or dont know how things work here..

    I have a local cable channel whom i pay 4$ a month for 4 connections in my house showing ESPN, STAR SPORTS, SUPER SPORT CHANNELS (S.Africa), STAR CRICKET, ZEE CRICKET, GEO CRICKET etc..

    Then I have the Dish Tv for 8$ a month showing about 200 channels..

    Thats all..Welcome to our nook of the globe:p:p:p

    I pay 15 euro a month for getting channels from the cable so that's just the normal channels around 15 i think, then i pay another 10 euro to get digital tv and around 165 channels , there not even HD, but it's to receive the channels from abroad so american, english asian and so on... And if i wanna see the live footbal matches i have to pay another 10 euro a month...

    The last thing i don't do because i think it's fucking insane to pay 35 a month just for watching some tv, so i watch them over the internet :)

    Damm i guess Australia is the tightest. The cheapest is like $40 and get like 20 channels, and then if u want sports and movies you have to pay $25 extra.

    I don't pay the bills :p

    But by judging from all the advertisements on TV, it's way more than what you guys are paying. Although I do get 200+ channels + 50-60 HD channels. No movie channels though. It's like $25 extra for HBO, Cinemax and Showtime

    i can receive max 4 HD channels ;) and i just checked football is 15 euros aswell... and the max of channels is around 165 if i'm right and i'm never able to get channels like FOX NBC etc...

    if it's the right time...

    FOX HD, NBC HD, ABC HD, ESPN HD and ESPN 2 HD are all showing college football at the SAME TIME.

    5 major college football games shown in HD at the same time is orgasmic.
