    yeah the poor cooks helper was down in the hold of the Ship with me dc.

    she kinda gasped hard she heard my shoulder pop out asking if I was okay then she dry heaved when I put my shoulder back in.

    I kinda freaked her out! lol

    lol I know kaos.

    about 30 minutes after I put my shoulder back in the whole Ship knew what happened to my shoulder.

    they couldn't believe I put it back in place and was still taking the boxes of food off the Ship.

    it was around -4C, was outside in my shirt and jeans too. sweating so much from popping my shoulder out and the work. they couldn't believe was only in my shirt. lol

    i think my left wrist popped out one day when i was carrying something heavy, and ever since then everytime i carry something heavy with just my left hand it feels like it could pop out any second..

    LOL I know that pain dc.

    but when I put my shoulder out it goes out and back. so the ball of the shoulder joint is behind my socket.

    I have to grab my elbow between my elbow and wrist bone, then I have to shove my arm out to the left of my left arm.

    it forces my shoulder back in joint.

    fucking hurts like hell.
