    Have my work truck, had to pull out my Neighbours little jeep out of the snow bank. Told her I’d pull her jeep out if she parked her jeep at home and gave her a ride to work! We had a storm yesterday and there was some big snow drifts around.

    I used to be the Airport Manager bama.

    current conditions is 2 1/2 miles in blowing snow. they usually make an attempt in that.

    the winds are right down the runway, not a cross wind. So I’m not sure they didn’t make an attempt though.

    But yeah, safety first.

    Yeah I was going to buy from Futureshop. They had the 52” Bravia for 1700, 300 for the stand. Then I went to check out and saw the shipping it said Special Delivery cause we are in Nunavut. They wanted 855 dollars for Canada Post Ground! I cancelled my order and order from the City. Total for the tv was 2777 and they are bringing it to the Airport right now.

    I remember you worked at the airport. I think it's got to be pretty bad before they shut everything down at the ones up north. Not so much here, I don't think our airports down here have as good of equipment to clear the runways in snow storms since we don't get them very often if at all.

    Just got a 42" Vizio :D - it's well big enough for our den.
