Our wash facility is indoors but it's not heated, and with the wash bay doors open it can get chilly in a hurry.

I try and play anything really, including stuff that should never be played on a mandolin. I learnt a bit of Zappa stuff but it's tough to find correct chords for a lot of his songs, and even tougher working them out myself.

 

I found half a pack of Camels today with a big doobie in it. I flushed it down the toilet.

Only a couple of years. It comes second to the drums but I'm doing ok with it.

I think everyone has, it just takes practice and time. The body is remarkable in the way it can adapt. Your fingers naturally stretch enabling you to play chords that previously seemed impossible. Do you play anything Scribe?

That's extremely cold Inuk, and I thought Britain was chilly.

 

I used to play piano many, many years ago. Now that I have mild arthritis it's sort of out of the question.

That's a shame. The piano is a great example of how your dexterity and hand span can improve though. I used to really struggle simply playing a major 7th chord, but now I can cover over an octave.
