    Sort of 'started' in Japan so I expect you'd have to ask a Japanese. ;)


    I'm guessing it's something about sneaking up behind the girls and then suddenly 'attacking' ,sort of like a shark. Just a guess though.

    There's one bit in this video which shows that it is set-up.

    There's a girl walking along and she takes a left turn onto a side street. The camera man runs up the side street (with camera running for the first few seconds of running). In the next shot, the camera man is set up at the top of the side street, now transfered over to the *other* side of the sidewalk where the girl is walking up the street.

    However - in the time the guy ran up the street, crossed, and set up for the next shot, the girl (and the guy following behind) has only traveled about 15 or 20 feet. At the pace she was walking she should be about where the camera man is. Instead she's still close to having just turned the corner.

    So this bad editing (or a bit of poor planning) reveals that this segment was staged.

    Sexual harassment isn't usually a crime, but something HR has to deal with. It CAN be a crime if assault is involved. This could probably be assault.

    yeah, not sure about this one, but the japanese one is definitely fake, because i saw the same "victim" get sharked 3 or 4 times, but in different dresses and tops.
