    First of all...I have it on good authority that StoneHeart can indeed get pictures from the future. So mind your tongue little one.

    Second by my watch it has been 12/31/09 since 12:00am and given that these were taken in NYC which resides in EST, it was in fact dark out at that time.

    what's the difference between than and now, when she's 17?
    she's underage in both cases.

    Thems the rules son! Really a line needed to be drawn somewhere. 16 was that line and I for one think that is just about right. There are some younger Miley shots on here from before the rule went into effect, but really we don't need to be objectifying women that young.
