I happen to know this girl. and I know for a fact that she is NOT happy about this. Its bullshit as a matter of fact I fuckin saw her cry over it the otherday. Actually the guys PAY for the material and the site does not have a "do not distribute" rule....once the guys PAY for the material they can distribute it withOUT profit as much as they want, so quit you're bitching and moaning and i can GUARANTEE you that her pics are ALL OVER the web right now...

 

I can see why she got upset & I do understand you care for her, but with that said ANY time you post something on the net copyrighted or not it will travel the net as the net is a free public domain. If you dont want pics to end up on blogs or other peoples computers dont post them publicly on the net for this will always happen.

Yes they do actually. They have some areas that are very detailed about what you can and can't do on there plus on the web. This place is a third party to them. They do not want their members to abuse their privileges by disobeying the user conduct of using the site. I bet a site that strict will delete a shit load of their members for doing illegal things. Given there's donations of money being involved I would expect more than a typical pay site.

 

The members of MGF should copyright their pics with the site's name. There's too much at risk with that site quite honestly. :2cent:

 

Well they'll never be able to find out WHO is redistributing the pictures unless people use the same screenname but even then it's still circumstantial and they'd have to actualy get the IP from here and match it with the IP from MGF which they won't be able to do...SOooo......

The girls haven't signed their photos or rights over to MGF, so there's NO COPYRIGHT involved and even IF they watermarked their pictures people would crop/blur the watermark and redistribute them anyway. Its not redistrbution for profit therefore how is it illegal? No rules are being broken, they paid for a photograph and are doing what they want with it. If something isn't copyrighted to begin with and someone else buys it, i believe they then OWN IT...
