U.S Marines Soldiers in IRAQ !

Marines go in first, kill the bad guys, take over the 'objective', give it to the Army to hold, the Army loses it back to the bad guys, Marines come back, Marines dispense more justice, Marines give back to Army, rinse and repeat.


There's a reason A.R.M.Y. stands for Ain't Ready to be a Marine Yet.

PS- Everyone in every branch gives the others a hard time. It, in reality, is all in good fun as we are all dedicated to protecting the same ideals. We shed the same blood and will do anything for the Marine or soldier to our left and right.


And many of the ladies in these pictures are not Marines. Many are in Army utilities.

 

They look like MRE's to me.

I remember attending a multi-service advance school (hosted on an Army base) when the Corps Commandant was coming to visit. Just before he arrrived to make an inspection of the school, someone taped signs above the urinals in the mens room:

And once I told a Marine that where I grew up a Leatherneck and a Redneck were pretty much the same thing. SHE decked me.

who told you that bullshit lie... marines are just glorified for because they are treated like shit by the government... you have old equipment because they don't want to spend money on you... same training as the army with older equipment... basically you are part of the navy... the first troops to set in world war 1 and 2 and korea and vietnam and iraq was the US ARMY... get your facts straight...

 

Get your facts straight too. The gear is newer and better then the army's now. In fact the Army MTV is drawn from the Maine MTVR project...
