    i have the foreman grill with the removable "plates" works great for cleaning.
    thought about spending the extra $ for the different plates, waffle iron, etc.
    but i didn't

    like this pork chop. good cut of meat, only took 10 minutes to cook. rice took just as long to cook as the meal!

    you could probably cook frozen but hey, just defrost the frozen thing in the fridge in the morning and cook in the evening. you can cook it right quick, thawed steak in 10 minutes.
