Corrugated cardboard boxes -- mostly cases of retail merchandise. Two guys unloading the truck onto a steel roller-type conveyor belt. Each piece gets scanned by a computer and shoved down the 75-foot-ish line by another 2 people.

 

I already have 2 pairs of socks on...I might go for 3 shortly

 

I understand completely, I have a bunch of buddies who are all drivers, +, I set up lots of in truck wireless networks as a side business. At least you arent dealing with produce or reefer, are you?

There are non-produce food items, too. Once the 2,900 boxes are scanned and shoved up our asses, 5-7 people are evenly spaced down the line, from beginning to end. The labels are quickly read and the freight is quickly put on its proper skid (pallet) by the men/women on the line. I am first in line (they call my job on the line "on point"), so I see all the pieces. I grab the pieces assigned to my pallets and send the remaining pieces to the next person, and so on. This portion of the night takes up the first 1.5 to 2 hours.

So, you're point man for a break down team. You have mules to fork it back to shelving? or do you have to do it yourself? How many bays/doors you receiving line have?

did you try reducing the saturation on just the Avril layer by say 20% to kill some of the pink?

Oh, you wanted it pinky toned instead of normal, well, in that case i'd say it's good. Not really up on that style, I've never worked with it. :/
