    I think both her and Jojo have that chipmunk look to them in the face but both look extremely hot. Miley looks hot with or without makeup though, as many have seen in the leaked pics of her and photos of her after working out. Like most teens she wears makeup to conceal blemishes. Also as with most teen girls though they do put a lot more then they probably need. It doesn't mean they don't have good looks, probably just insecure. :2cent:
