    I support breast enhancement for three purposes only:

    1. The lady has no boobs at all and looks like a boy with big nipples - a modest enhancement is understandable. The key work is modest.

    2. The lady is in her thirties, has had kids, and her boobs look like elongated pancakes. In that case, a "lift" with modest padding is understandable.

    3. Reconstruction due to cancer or other similar reasons.

    Otherwise, natural is better for numerous reasons....
