Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Linus. #1 issue, why would a windows 7 system need "network magic" to share files? Good grief, win 7 is a totally new networking platform designed specifically to "NOT" need things like network magic, but her system starts it automatically, even before your AVG. Did you/she manually install netmagic for some reason?

    hang on, I'm going thru the lists. Did you install CCleaner.exe? It's an app that automatically clears all traces of what youve been doing.

    look at your lower list. Look at all the missing files or should be owned by system that are owned by "unknown" that's bad. That means that someone has intentionally changed the real files for something else.
