    Yes it is but I doubt it's hers. If you notice in another pic she is posing with a guy wearing the Marine dress uniform. More than likely the shirt she is wearing is his and not her own. A lot of guys in the service take pics of girlfriends/wifes wearing misc parts of uniforms and nothing else.
