    I bought the lead up comics to the death of Supes, stood in line, got the bagged super kryptonite platinum $100 edition, and a regular edition to read. Got my black armband.

    When they resurrected him I never read another issue. EoS.

    Well you were probably into them more than I was. It was more of a phase I went through when I was about 14. Just the odd Spiderman comic and those Predator graphic novels. I do a bit of drawing so I think that was the main appeal for me.

    Not so bad, really, aside from big company stupidity.

    I sold the first 50 issues of Spawn for $350 in a notebook, all acid free slip covers, and all I paid was newstand for each issue as they came out. :) I still have all the Sam Keith Maxx comics and all the Campbell Gen13's Including Image Black, 0 1/2, and the box set 13 covers of #1. All tucked away in storage, totally worthless, :lol:
