    My wife has been telling me to do just that for about 5 years now. I thought about it, many times. @ 40, 19 years of the same occupation, I just really don't want to start over. It's a life choice that I just make myself make.

    I only passed through Germany when I was in Europe. Changed trains in Cologne is the most time I spent there off the train :(

    Honestly, i think we german people really are very friendly. There are many prejudices out about us, though.
    My advice is ... visit Germany (preferably Kiel :lol:) and make your own opinion.
