  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    We had almost 25 percent call-offs last night!!! You may remember I said we had a beautiful day yesterday. Well, people didn't feel like leaving what they were doing -- so they didn't come in to work. I worked till 8 a.m. for the first time in many many months. (That's 1.5 hours longer than normal, but we don't get overtime for just one day.)

    btw I hope I didn't offend anyone with my sig size comment. to me it was a point of discussion to save bandwidth so the site runs faster ... not to the point of a discernible loss of quality! :beerchug:

    funny thing, one who asks for thumbnails ALL the time was supportive of huge gif sigs ...

    either way I don't care, I have a decent connection. :D
