    max rpm's was 8300 rpms according to my tachometer.

    Well, the recent trend seems to be. Stop paying and just dont leave. I was reading the news a couple days ago, and apparently, there are a shitload of people doing just exactly that. It said some of them hadnt paid the mortgage in over 2 years and the banks just never got to them.
