Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Aside from what recent trends say..........trust me they will get to you......I will probably end up going about 18 months without paying ...AND NO i am not proud of being able to live here without paying...NOT at all.......I feel guilty every day about it........Yet not much I can do to help it........

    I talked to an Attorney today........He asked me what my income was........what my mortgage was...........then said.........not so good........he then asked what was owed.........and what the house was worth..........and pretty much told me... There wasn't much he could do for me........and I'm best to let it go...........and Move on.......

    I might be able to........as I might be coming into some extra $$ soon..........but..........as the attorney advised.......probably not a good idea......as income is probably not enough to pay the mortgage and the rest of the bills.........let alone everyday living expenses.......and He said most likely in a year or two I would be in the same position............Not able to afford it all...and since I already claimed bankruptcy..........I'd be in deeper trouble..........I looked at the #'s and he's right..........
