That proves it -- Lindsay has serious mental problems. Two days after she misses a court date because her passport is "missing" and an arrest warrant is issued for her and the judge publicly expresses concerns that she cannot remain sober, Lindsay decides to stay in France and publicly go out partying and drinking (and who knows what else).

I wouldn't be surprised if the judge locks her up for her own good.
