    Well the mods originally blocked his original web phishing link, but they were too exact... he has a new one but I think the mods can block it so his next phishing attempts will be relatively ineffective (tho annoying with his mass posting method).

    They will, once they see the posts in the Forum Issues Thread. It's just that he can come back again and again. Even an IP-Ban is nothing serious. Change the IP and thats it.
