    It certainly is but that, and my 12 hour shifts are what earn me 3-4 days off per week bro. I'm used to it now. I've been at it for almost 20 years. I just need to make sure I get my sleep on the work nights. ;)

    I quit once for 6 months using the patch, then started up again. Mrs. Sleepy quit recently using nicotine lozenges (similar to the gum) nicotine replacement & weening yourself off slowly is the way to go.
