    I don't mind her music; kids have always loved krap, even when I was a kid, I did.

    But stay away from the sporting events and grown up venues with your pop diva act. It's just stupid in front of a bunch of grown up men watching a ball game.

    there's no denying this chick is incredibly talented... but the "i'm so unique that i have to show the world how unique i am every time i step outside my house" look is just plain irritating now

    How is she "incredibly talented" ? Ive heard her music... some of it is catchy, ill give it that, but all it takes is pop sensibility to create a hit song, not talent or songwriting skill for the most part.

    I'm sure she's not at talented as, say, YOU, for instance, but she is clearly talented, vocally and from a business perspective. Is he top 40 music "great"? Of course not, but she knows how to market herself and that's what puts the dollars in the pocket.
