    I thing you're right in that each state has it's different laws. I've never had one (knock on wood) so I don't know the exact laws for Alabama.

    my mother invited people over for the 3rd. the carnival up the road has fireworks saturday night.
    she should be saving her money. she has to get a mortgage for the house or get the ham out sometime before the end of the year.
