    I'm allotted "vacation minutes" and "personal minutes" (sick time) every paycheck based on the number of hours I've worked. If I never used the accumulated time, probably about 1.5 - 2 weeks a year. But, I used many vacation hours during the weeks my hours were cut so I could pay my rent. Now I have about 12 vacation hours accumulated for the year so far. I've used about 20 hours so far this year to make the rent.

    I have as many sick days as I want, as long as I bring a note from my doc. Hmmm, although I think if I'm sick for longer than six weeks in a row, I'd get paid a little less until I can work fulltime again.

    I get 6 holidays too....New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas
