    i think the people have issues with what looks like her being singled out.
    there are 1000's everyday that violate there probation and go back to jail.
    sure she got way more chances then anyone would have gotten, but to waste this much time and energy is unreal.

    And it wouldn't surprise me that once her stint in jail and rehab done...she's going to violate her probation again! She just doesn't get it.

    to be honest i find the continuous uses of words like whore, slut etc a bit distasteful when used to describe a 24 year old girl

    she's obviously made some pretty stupid decisions in her life but she's still young enough to turn things around

    of course the question is will she be able to. it can't be easy to live in such a public manner as well. but then it's easy to judge from behind a computer

    Prison for what's she's done is wrong.

    A far more appropriate sentence would be that she goes free, but has to be completely naked at all times for the next 60 days, and that she must spend at least 8 hours a day out in public, whilst fully nude.

    That way, we're all winners. We get a good long look at her nude and she gets to expose herself all over town without it being illegal.

    LOL you idiot. She went on a cocaine fueled joy ride in a car she stole with 2 helpless victims inside it. Then spent the next 2 years fucking up with her probation, not showing up for court, telling the judge to fuck off with her nails thinking she was going to get off easy because she's famous, and setting off her SCRAM bracelet hours after getting it, thinking a flimsy excuse would do.

    She's lucky to only get a 90 day sentence. Luckier still to only get to serve a small amount of that.
