    This certain picture is uncredited just like a few others!

    Everyone was photographed in the same room...Room 23..thus the name!
    There was a rumour Hayden to appear naked in that magazine.
    But this picture was with the photos of Marissa Miller..and very far appart from Hayden's....thats why it could be her and not Hayden!

    But dreaming is allowed ;)

    I could buy that it's Miller but I still don't get why she would go anonymous for it.
    Considering her other photos from Room 23 and the photoshoots she does in general. She's not a shy one.

    Besides if they wanted to hide the fact it's Hayden, they wouldn't put the picture next to her other pictures. That would defeat the whole point of anonymity

    I don't know.

    But that doesn't say much, as the photographer herself says the only reason the actress would allow it was if she would remain anonymous.

    So you get the best you can out of the situation. The anonymous photo and the quote that creates controversy that might, maybe sell some more books.

    Man, this gonna drive me nuts. I gotta say, that brightened picture DOES look a lot more like hayden... ok, let me ask this- did hayden have that weird shoulder tat when doing this shoot or was that after? or did she have another?

    we're just never gonna know for sure are we? :(

    The hair on Marisa looks a bit like that of the woman in the above pic. Also, Marisa has a lot more junk in the trunk than Hayden. So, I'm leaning toward Marisa, but hoping for Hayden.
