Yeah, i see what you mean. Still, that error isnt in a lot of other scans, I gotta go with a crappy scanner making an error in your pic. I can equalize some of the other scans and not get your error, whereas it becomes fairly obvious the tattoo was a tramp stamp and poor use of a water drops brush in the wrong layer mode made the drops too bright over the edited area. If it were just me, right off the bat i thought Britney. Since Brit doesnt fit any other qualifying hints, i'll go with Hayden, mostly due to torso length. Marisa is longer in the body. + we see in other shower pics of Marisa, her hair falls further down her back. Besides, unless you see her face or an original of the pic, you'll never prove any argument one way or another. That was the point of the pic.

 

More forensic evidence to ponder!

Ok, if this was before the side tattoo, she must have another tat that had to be removed from the photo. I found the other tattoo, its on her right foot above her ankle, which would have showed in the photo.

Along with the great discovery of the moles on her lower back, Hayden also has a mole on her upper right thigh, you can see it just just above the boat railing in this pic.



The mole can also be seen on the brighten pic of the photo in question. So the 2 lower back moles, and the mole on her upper right thigh match.

 

what more do you guys want. its a super short blonde with the same thighs and ass as the beautiful Heroine, dont see how theres a debate here. its even in the shower of the bathroom the other shot is in.

 

I agree with the possibility of a scanner causing issues with a scanned picture, but I don't think that that's not what's happening in the pic that I posted. If it were a scanner problem...the issue would extend from left to right - edge to edge. To me, it appears as though the photographer, in an attempt to conceal the subject's identity, tried to switch upper torsos. In doing that, I think she ran into an issue with matching their differing body width and length. It's gotta be hard to match up two bodies that are 7 or 8 inches different in length...with differing shoulder widths, upper arm lengths, back widths, waists...

Measure her short legs to see if they match up.

Great find Holecard Phun/CSI at it's best. I found something out about Marisa Miller she does not photograph that well from behind at least not straight on. She also has a very distinct birth mark on her lower back about where Hayden's mole is.

I would be very hard pressed to say this was Marisa not that I ever thought it was. As far as Amanda good luck finding any good pics from behind. Everything I found showed she has a little baby fat in the waist area even when she was in her best shape but if you notice Hayden doesn't in the shots were she is in good shape.

I have to say the tattoo thing does throw me a bit since Hayden-addict is right I don't think she had the tattoo when this was taken But she did before the book came out. So that might explain the clue.

Does that rule her out? Not sure, but I'm pretty darn sure that is not Marissa. If the photographer didn't stretch the truth to much I'm betting it is Hayden. I'll let the rest of the Phun/CSI crew take it from here

 

Sorry Holecard missed your post about the tattoo!!!! Great Find!!!! That would have given up her identity for sure. I'm now 95% convinced it is Hayden. Way to go team Phun/CSI

As Mr. Cynical from first reading the title of the thread to first seeing the picture, I have to admit I do believe that is indeed hayden. And i'm gonna contiinue beliving it until someone ruins it for us. Also, to add a little nugget of info into the debate, during the Beth Cooper press junkits she came out and admitted to be being an exhibitionist so it's not like it wouldn't be in the realm of possibility. I do wish we knew for sure though...
