I think you guys have pretty much proven it. At least I have all the proof I need to say I'm 100% sure it's her.

 

Marisa's arms do seem thicker and her body is more hourglass shaped than you'd expect there.
Also as I and others have pointed out, the hair is pretty much an exact match for Marisa's other shots from the same shoot, and isn't quite a match for Hayden's, although it's not a difference that a little hairdressing couldn't account for.
I wouldn't call Marisa 'a famous actress', but she is famous and she has acted, so it wouldn't be a flat out lie to call her that.

has anyone considered maybe the photographers "tattoo" claim is bollocks, and she said it just to get people thinking?

 

Yeah, I'm going to say it's probably not Hayden, just because the hair looks wrong for the time of the shoot.

 

again, this a combination of two model's bodies. an edit by the photographer. lower torso = hayden, upper torso = most likely marissa. everyone has proven it's hayden lower body by freckle identification.

 

after seeing this..i'm about 97% sure that the photo in question is of Hayden..which makes the photo about a billion times more awesome than if it were Marissa

 

I've looked at where the 'edit' you pointed out is. I just don't see how it's Marissa's torso from that line up. Their bodies(arms and torso curvatures) wouldn't line up that well.

 

Why would she even bother making all the edits of that magnitude to an image that shows nothing? Way to much time and effort for her and way too much overthinking on your part IMHO. Besides, if she was to take Hayden's lower torso and stick Miller's upper torso on the model, she would look like a fucking ape (though still strangely sexy) with massively long arms. Even if you edit the size of the upper torso, you are still shit out of luck as they both have different bodytpes and it would still look el bizarro.

I say we sit on this thread until 2019, by then the technology to maneuver around the environment of the image will be possible with a computer and we'll easily see her face in the reflection on the shower tiles. Job's a good 'un
