Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     @1 & cold. I think I still have a copy of photoshop 4.0 I spent 3 days downloading @ 19200 bps :rofl: that and paintshop and acdsee 1.67

    :lol: floppys were a real pain in the ass, I even searched and found programs to format them to take more than 1,44Mb! I haven't had a tape backup myself, but we used one on a company I worked for.. that actually worked pretty good.

    I think that I started out with Ps5.0 which I got from a friend that worked as a teacher!

    Paintshop, I think I remember that name, was that the one who came on 2 cds?

    I do however have a large amount of old programs I heve collected over the years just in case I would have to reinstall a really old computer for whatever reason.

    :tup2: Hell yeah. You know gman, the collage guy, still uses psp version 6 or something. Really, if you're just starting graphics something like ps4 is perfect. It's very simple to work with, and has most of the stuff you really need, presented in a much simpler, less confusing manner, imo.

    I like using the newest progs.
    I'm self taught on this stuff. Online tutorials, experimenting, trial and error by myself.
    Started a long time ago with the PaintShop Pros and at some point jumped to Photoshop.
    I'm using CS5 now and loving it.:D
