Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Robert James Keeshan (June 27, 1927 – January 23, 2004) was an American television producer and actor. He is most famous as the title character of the children's television program Captain Kangaroo, which became an icon for millions of people during its 30-year run from 1955-1984.

    Keeshan also played the original "Clarabell the Clown" on the Howdy Doody television program.

    wow didn't know he was Clarabell too. He was 2 iconic Children's TV characters.
