I put some shredded Mexican cheese mix in that omelet with onion and tomato. It was really good.

 

damn, sounds tasty there pm.

never heard of messican cheese.

 

It's only a mix of Monterey Jack, cheddar, queso quesadilla and asadero - basic cheese that marketers give Mexican names to. And it's mild, not hot.

 

And I got the store brand, so it was cheap.

 

ah nice pm, does it have chunks of jalapenos in it?

 

Nah, just normal shredded cheeses mixed in a plastic ziplock bag. Peppers would have been too hot for dinner at midnight.

how is Blaze doing now?

 

Blaze is still about 30-40 percent better. That's a good thing. She still has pain and is moving slower, but I think the worst is over. I hope.
